My practice is focused primarily on real estate law. I work with buyers and sellers with a wide range of budgets and properties. Many of my clients are first-time home buyers. I enjoy helping people achieve their goal of home ownership. Some of my clients have bought real estate before and may be moving from an apartment to a single family home, while others are experienced real estate investors. With the changes in the real estate market and mortgage industry over the last few years, almost everyone feels like a first-time buyer. Not to worry.
